We have just received a massive re-stock of games today. Among our restocks we have:

Catan

In Settlers of Catan, players try to be the dominant force on the island of Catan by building settlements, cities, and roads. On each turn dice are rolled to determine what resources the island produces. Players collect these resources to build up their civilizations to get to 10 victory points and win the game. Multi-award-winning and one of the most popular games in recent history due to its amazing ability to appeal to non-gamers and gamers alike.

Codenames

In Codenames, two teams compete to see who can make contact with all of their agents first. Spymasters give one-word clues that can point to multiple words on the board. Their teammates try to guess words of the right color while avoiding those that belong to the opposing team. And everyone wants to avoid the assassin.

Codenames: Duet

Codenames Duet keeps the basic elements of Codenames — give one-word clues to try to get someone to identify your agents among those on the table — but now you're working together as a team to find all of your agents.

Codenames: Pictures

Codenames: Pictures differs from the original Codenames in that the agents are no longer represented by a single word, but by an image that contains multiple elements.

Scrabble Prestige

This beautiful SCRABBLE™ game is the ideal gift to mark a special occasion. The solid wood box stores all the pieces needed to play the world's favourite word game. The game features and integrated turntable for easy turning and the raised grid on the board holds the tiles securely in place, preventing sudden movement to the board from ruining the game. With its premium components and elegant finish, this Prestige Edition will take pride of place in any home or game room.

Ticket to Ride

With elegantly simple gameplay, Ticket to Ride can be learned in 3 minutes, while providing players with intense strategic and tactical decisions every turn. Players collect cards of various types of train cars they then use to claim railway routes in North America. The longer the routes, the more points they earn. Additional points come to those who fulfill Destination Tickets – goal cards that connect distant cities; and to the player who builds the longest continuous route.

Ticket to Ride New York

Ticket to Ride: New York features the familiar gameplay from the Ticket to Ride game series — collect cards, claim routes, draw tickets — but on a scaled-down map of Manhattan that allows you to complete a game in no more than 15 minutes

Citadels

In Citadels, players take on new roles each round to represent characters they hire in order to help them acquire gold and erect buildings. The game ends at the close of a round in which a player erects her eighth building. Players then tally their points, and the player with the highest score wins.

Mr & Mrs Family Edition

A game for all partners young and old based on the massively popular, classic TV show. Players win points by correctly guessing their partners’ chosen answers. However, watch the partners squabble when they get things wrong!

Pandemic

In Pandemic, four virulent diseases have broken out simultaneously all over the world and it is up to a team of specialists in various fields to find cures for these diseases before mankind is wiped out. A truly cooperative game where you all win or you all lose. This new edition has been entirely redesigned and includes two new roles: The Contingency Planner and the Quarantine Specialist.

Carcassonne

During a game of Carcassonne, players are faced with decisions like: "Is it really worth putting my last meeple there?" or "Should I use this tile to expand my city, or should I place it near my opponent instead, giving him a hard time to complete his project and score points?" Since players place only one tile and have the option to place one meeple on it, turns proceed quickly even if it is a game full of options and possibilities.

Gloomhaven

Gloomhaven is a game of Euro-inspired tactical combat in a persistent world of shifting motives. Players will take on the role of a wandering adventurer with their own special set of skills and their own reasons for traveling to this dark corner of the world. Players must work together out of necessity to clear out menacing dungeons and forgotten ruins. In the process, they will enhance their abilities with experience and loot, discover new locations to explore and plunder, and expand an ever-branching story fueled by the decisions they make.

Inis

Inis is a game deeply rooted in Celtic history and lore in which players win by being elected King of the Island.

NEW IN STOCK

Nemesis

Playing Nemesis will take you into the heart of Sci-Fi survival horror in all its terror. A soldier fires blindly down a corridor, trying to stop the alien advance. A scientist races to find a solution in his makeshift lab. A traitor steals the last escape pod at the very last moment. Intruders you meet on the ship are not only reacting to the noise you make but also evolve as time goes by. The longer the game takes, the stronger they become.

During the game, you will control one of the crew members with a unique set of skills, a personal deck of cards, and individual starting equipment. These heroes cover all your basic SF horror needs. For example, the scientist is great with computers and research but will have a hard time in combat. Soldier on the other hand…

Nemesis is a semi-cooperative game where you and your crew-mates must survive on a ship infested with hostile organisms. To win the game, you will have to complete one of the two objectives dealt to you at the start of the game and get back to Earth in one piece. You will find many obstacles on your way: swarms of Intruders (the name given to the alien organisms by the ship AI), the poor physical condition of the ship, the other players that will have their own agendas and, sometimes, just cruel fate. The gameplay of Nemesis is designed to be full of climactic moments which, hopefully, you will find rewarding even when your best plans are ruined and your character meets a terrible fate.

Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition

Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition is a new party game that’s just like Cards Against Humanity, except it’s written for kids and adults to play together. Each round, one player asks a question from a black card, and everyone else answers with their funniest white card.
