As Ireland has entered Level 5 Restrictions, BoardGamer will continue to process and dispatch orders to the best of our ability, so you can still order with us. We will notify customers should this change in the future.
With the added restrictions along with the implementation of Brexit, we shall continue to deliver within the Republic of Ireland only for the coming weeks.
With the new and enhanced safety measures that are now in place at the warehouse that we operate from, we are experiencing delays processing and shipping orders. This is due to new safety processes that have been introduced along with a significantly reduced number of people working at any time.
We have been advised by An Post to expect deliveries to be made in a minimum of 3-7 working days once they leave our warehouse.
When you order from us, we queue your order and then our team at the warehouse starts to process your order. When the order has left the warehouse it will be marked as shipped. Due to the significant reduction in the number of working to process orders along with the enhanced safety measures in place, please be aware that this process is taking longer then normal and we are experiencing delays.
We would ask that if you do not receive your order within 10 working days of purchase, to please let us know so we can track this for you.
We appologise for the delays in processing orders. We hope everyone can apprciate the difficult time that we are in and that we are doing our best to get all orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We hope all our customers stay safe and well at this time.
COVID-19 UPDATE - January 14th 2020:
We would like to advise all customers that because of the new enhanced safety measures introduced at our warehouse due to the Level 5 restrictions and the on going Covid-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delays in getting orders processed and dispatched.
Unfortunately the number of people working at the warehouse we ship orders from has been substantially reduced this week because of Covid, and this is causing delays in processing and shipping orders.
We appreciate the frustration that this might cause some customers, but we hope many can appreciate that we are doing our best to continue operating at this unprecedented time and that we are working hard to ensure all orders are processed and shipped in as safe and efficient manner as possible.
