Inis is a game deeply rooted in Celtic history and lore in which players win by being elected King of the Island (Inis). Players can try to achieve one of three different victory conditions:
Over the course of the game, players also earn deeds, typically chanted by bards or engraved by master crafters, that reduce by one the magic total of six for any condition. While one victory condition is enough to claim the title of King, a game of experienced players usually has a tight balance of power, emphasizing the leadership of the capital of the island.
Delivery was quick and customer service is excellent. Great game with amazing artwork!
Great Celtic artwork by Jim Fitzpatrick and very speedy delivery. Great company to deal with.
Fantastic game with some great mechanics, amazing artwork by the fantastic Jim Fitzpatrick and really great variations on how you can win the game. Bit of a learning curve but overall really great game.
I was so impressed with my ordering and customer service during the busy time of Christmas. The selection is fantastic. I was delighted with how easily and quickly I got a hard to find game. Thanks all. It’s delightful to have the limited packaging too.
Delivery within two days of ordering. No excessive packaging and treated well by courier. Fantastic service and very glad I found this company instead of ordering from big brown box packaging company. Highly recommend.
Myself and my partner took a bit of a gamble getting this, as it's a good quality game with a price-tag to match but we are glad we did.
We're both fans of gaming and celtic mythology (and Jim Fitzpatrick), so we were excited about the prospect of this game.
It has really paid off! It's a simple enough game to get to grips with, but the gameplay doesn't get boring. The game is designed in such a way that you can't just figure out a system and blindly win every time. Each game is unique and every round you have to alter your strategy.
Definitely recommend! (Also very excited to have a couple of friends around soon to try out the 4-player mode)
