Christmas Delivery Date

As you may already know An Post have set the cut off date for Christmas Delivery as Tuesday December 15th. As there is a certain amount of processing involved and handing it over to An Post the last order date we are confident that you can receive before Christmas is Sunday December 13th. If you order after the December 13th, we will do everything within our power to get it to you, however it is unlikely you will receive it before Christmas.

 As you can imagine at Christmas time during a pandemic An Post have informed us that they are dealing with an unusually high number of deliveries even for this time of year. This makes it very difficult to have any certainty of the details of a delivery.

Due to this An Post have advised us that there are delays on delivering packages.

We are working hard to get all orders processed and dispatched at this time.

We have been in contact with An Post who have advised that due to an exceptionally high volume of packages going through their system over the past two weeks, that they are experiencing delays in processing packages, and getting them dispatched.

 We are aware that a number of customers are having issues with their tracking numbers. We have contacted an post directly, who have told us that they are aware of the issue and are actively looking into it. We will post updates here when we find out more.

We've looked into the possibility of delivering with alternate courier however all couriers nationwide are overwhelmed with the volume of packages and finding it difficult to cope this year with both the volumes and the added problems Covid has brought into the mix. We trust that you will understand that exceptional measures have been put in place for exceptional times as all of us change how we do things so as to protect public health.
